Yup, that was him.
And, y’know, after all these years reading superhero comics where the heroes fought each other so often (let’s admit it, more often than not the writers came up with decent excuses), it’s still a pleasure to see someone walk away from a possible fight.
I also note that Conjurer, who was the one of that bunch actually trying not to fight last time, doesn’t look angry that Silverback is going away.
(By the way, I only just noticed that the header now features the Sentry 7 facing Silverback’s fist. Ominous.)

That’s a real power move right there.
That works better when you’re nigh-invulnerable and don’t have to worry about a shiv in your back…or a bullet. Some folks IRL don’t know when to quit, and taking your eyes off them can get you killed.
Quite so.
Then again, there are other ways you can deny the other guy a fight. They don’t always work either, but then again what does?
