I quite like how I lit the characters in this scene, but i still feel like the background/ambient lighting is a little off – something for me to work on hahah

i really like what you’ve done with the lighting in this page and the last one, i dont know if its exactly what you were going for, but it really does give the impression of a bright light high above them in a dark cavern
Welcome back! Hope you’re in better health!
Kenny is still carrying his helmet, not wearing it. A sign of a possible change of heart? (Good body language on him, too.)
Also, Amy calling Lady Orchid “mother” is apparently not a honorific title. (You’d think people who take pains to wear masks and uniforms so as not to get identified would be more careful with how they call each other, but then again I guess you can’t be on guard twenty four seven.)
I thought Lady Orchid was the head commander of M.A.N.T.I.S, but Amy’s depiction of her as “one of the great warriors” leads me to think that maybe she’s just a general or colonel. Since this operation is a huge one and they’ve apparently sacrificed a lot of secret safehouses to implement it, the thought that she leads only part of the organization is chilling.
Oh, and Amy asking Kenny how he’s feeling sounds nice again. Keep this up and I’ll believe you have a heart, lady.
As for the lighting, I agree that it’s fine. Maybe Lady Orchid’s head looks a bit too illuminated, like she has a halo, in the fifth panel. (She didn’t seem to have one on the previous page.)
Last, of course, who’s that speaking in the last panel? (I’d love it to be a still-living Jenny, provided she doesn’t get cut down by the goons here. Or by Lady Orchid either, of course.)
