I don’t login to Webtoons either, but I could read the entire Reptilian story (which I recommend along with the Royal Guard one). I just checked: I can still read it. Maybe it works well on a computer browser (what I’m using) but not on a cell phone?
Yeah, Reptilian isn’t quite as nice as Silverback. Come to think of it, he says in his own story that he wants to be a superhero for fame and fun. That’s an outlook not too far removed from Quarterback’s come to think of it… So I can see ol’ SB and him strongly disagreeing, though in the context of the tournament their differences will probably show less. (And his heart is still in the right place, about helping a friend who asks.)
By the way, is Reptilian in the Invincible University? I guess so, because I don’t see how he could take part in the tournament if not.
Still, he’d be a valuable ally in and of himself, though I still question (for now) what he’d bring to the already assembled team, that already has super-strength, agility, speed and fighting prowess. We’ll see.
And who’s that coming in? The black suit and sneering quip strongly suggests Blackbird (though I don’t remember him uttering even a single word so far), but this universe has so many superpeople…
I had similar thoughts, i think its implied that the bar theyre at is on IU campus so he must be enrolled. also i suspect that black caped fellow is blackbird as well, since its unlikely to be erebus
Oh, and I’m not sure about something in the first narrative box of the second panel. It looks like Silverback is referring to Reptilian with “their” though in the previous sentence, and indeed the whole page, he uses “he/him”.
Don’t know why they got so upset. Reptillian DID say he could outdrink the entire bar. When you’re in a superhero setting you should at least consider if a statement like that could be literal.
