I feel turning herself in was the right thing to do too, but her phrasing in the fourth panel seems to imply that it wasn’t. Given where we met her, it seems to me that it turned out all right. Also interesting is that mention that she was able to break the ice down. So she has greater manipulation than simply projecting cold/snow/ice.
