I can’t stop wondering if they pronounce the punctuation in M.A.N.T.I.S. when they’re chanting it. “Emm Period Ay Period En Period Tee Period Eye Period Ess Period” seems like it lacks a certain elegance, but I suppose branding is important. 🙂
Personally I like to imagine that they don’t speak the punctuation, but instead of pronouncing it “mantis” they DO spell out the letters. Which would make them sound either like evil cheerleaders, or the (other) evil Mickey Mouse Club. “M-A-N…d the world, is what we want to do. T-I-S…cape capture, with our teleport technology.”
The Venerator looks awesome. I’m not always a fan of Kirby dots, but they’re used here to great effect.
Its appearance (not to mention Oberon’s valiant fight not to fall off the edge of panic) drive me to think that Silverback won’t be on his own again to face him. So far, you’ve done a very good job of keeping him in the center limelight while still showing that important work was done by the others in the background. I’ll be waiting eagerly.

Maybe if they say “dot” instead of “period”? I feel it flows better that way.

Looks like there is no dot after the last “S”. I wonder what that meant, in pronunciation and meaning.

That doesn’t look promising.
